Refund & Cancellation

Any product purchased from The Siam Spa website may be returned within 72 hours only in case of manufacturing defect. Products returned will be inspected by our specialized team. In case there be any manufacturing defects we would replace/ exchange the product. In case of manufacturing defects, shipping charges will be borne by the The Siam Spa. No return / refund are applicable in case goods destroyed / damaged/ tampered in transit or if the packaging is distorted. The warranty for our product in case of manufacturing defect is 1 year. Please note that we do not accept return of products that are not purchased via this website.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the delivery of an order, it will fall under our standard return policy, whereby round trip shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Refund / return will be provided to the original purchaser only.

For repairing of a product purchased from Blue & Blues website, kindly send the product (only in case of manufacturing defect) along with the warranty card & a printed copy of the Return Form (both duly filled). The product will then be repaired without any extra charges if it is within the warranty period. On expiry of the warranty period, the customer will be charged a fee based on the nature of the work involved.

Refund will be made by the same method as payment received for the order.

Cancellation Policy :

Once we start processing of the customer’s order and the customer wishes to cancel a charge which is a chargeback fee will apply which will be levied by CC Avenue. All orders received can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation of the order. Orders which are sold as "final sale", "clearance", "Discount Sale" or "as is" can not be cancelled.

Any order which is in transit cannot be cancelled or refused by the customer.

Process :

For return / repair of any product purchased from The Siam Spa website, kindly write to us with complete detail of the product along with the description of the defect at contact@siamspa.in. You may also send us the photograph of the product that is to be returned if possible for our reference & we shall get back to you within 5 working days to agree on the return. Please do not return unless you receive a mail advice from us to that effect. For repair/return of The Siam Spa product kindly submit the return form as well as the warranty card (both duly filled) along with the product.
